Across branded hotel environments, engineering departments are frequently tasked with reacting to issues rather than operating within a structured, performance-aligned framework. Over time, this lack of discipline can lead to deferred maintenance exposure, inconsistent preventive maintenance execution, vendor inefficiencies, and capital misalignment, all of which impact portfolio performance.


InnSync was established to address that gap.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in hotel facilities and engineering operations including task force leadership, multi-property oversight, pre-opening support, renovation execution, and distressed asset stabilization across Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG branded properties. The firm was built around a structured, repeatable approach to engineering realignment.

Throughout my career in hotel facilities operations, across task force assignments, multi-property oversight, pre-opening environments, renovations, and distressed assets within Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG branded portfolios, I repeatedly saw the same pattern. When engineering departments operate reactively instead of structurally, operational risk increases, deferred maintenance grows quietly, and asset value begins to erode.

Engineering is often viewed as a support function. I view it as a value protection function.


The philosophy behind InnSync is simple:
